*Every user of this website is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. *Should you choose to register or subscribe to the site, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. *The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. *HOR Logistics shall accept no responsibility or liability, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section. *You accept that the information contained in this website is provided “as is and is intended for information purposes only and that it is subject to change without notice. Although we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information and we believe the information to be reliable when posted.

*Primarily, we collect and store data about you to help us provide better service and products to you. Our developers and organization may have the occasion to collect information in regard to your computer for our services to ensure easy and smooth transactions with our website

*HOR Logistics aims are to ensure accessibility to the website always. However, we make no representation of that nature and reserve the right for service interruption which may occur in order to allow for website improvements, scheduled maintenance or may also be due to outside factors beyond our control.

Customers shall not misuse our services, including but not limited to dishonestly using our service for the purchase of prohibited, illegal and banned items contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Please be informed that we have a duty to report all suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Nigeria, the United States and the United Kingdom

*We ship out of UK and US every Friday, all items must arrive at our offices on or before close of business every Thursday for guaranteed shipping , if package arrives on Friday, they may or may not be shipped based on available resources to pack them. The admin fee applies each time we ship for a customer. Customers may choose to request that we skip shipping only for one week, by the second week, all items received on behalf of that customer will be shipped. *An email instruction is required every Thursday if you require us to hold on to your package till the next week even if the package is to arrive the next day which is Friday. *Deliveries are to be paid for based on HOR Logistics local delivery rates, please request for it if you prefer delivery instead of pick up. *Minimum Shipping weight is 2Lbs and 2KG for US and UK respectively. All items shipped at less than the minimum quantity will attract the same cost as the minimum quantity. *We will not be liable for the loss of any items shipped with incorrect or incomplete address, please use exact address given. Please ensure your packages are properly addressed in your name c/o HOR LOGISISTICS.* This specifically means if you do not add HOR to your address or name, we will not be liable for loss of such packages and the onus lies on the customer to show evidence this was done. If the vendor however choses to skip HOR from the label, we will not be liable for loss of package *On arrival of your goods into Lagos, items will be weighed and an invoice will be sent to you. Payment should be received within 24hours of sending the invoice otherwise, an interest payment of 10% per day applies as penalty for late payment. Goods will not be released or delivered if full payment-both interest and principal is not received *Invoices will be billed in USD or GBP; however, a naira equivalent will be provided based on our exchange rate. Customers can pay in either Naira to the accounts stated on your invoice * If full payment is not received, we may choose to seek legal redress or auction off the item if there is an available buyer* If you have  old and unpaid invoices, new items shipped and paid for will not be released except your old invoice is paid for with interest* You are expected to pick up your goods or instruct us to deliver to you after payment within 5 working days of sending you an invoice. Any item left uncollected will attract demurrage charge and will be auctioned off if left unclaimed for a longer period *All items will be weighed at either actual weight or volume weight and will be rounded up to the nearest lbs or kg *Please be informed that we have a duty to report all suspicious or illegal packages to the appropriate authorities. Any suspicious package received by us will be flagged and will not be shipped until appropriate investigations have been carried out. *Please note that if you have any complaints about any of your items shipped to our office both in the UK and US, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item or within a week of the shipment arriving in our Lagos office and you being billed to give us ample time to start our investigations and resolve any issues where necessary. If we do not hear from you within these timelines, it is deemed that your items are complete and in good condition and we will not be able to open a late investigation. * If you have any issue with a package that was not opened, please direct all complaints to the Vendor. *Please note that we reserve the right to open packages if we get suspicious and to inspect same, this applies to the customs of all countries we ship from and Nigerian customs as well. *Both UK /US warehouse is not opened on weekends, so we urge customers to schedule deliveries between Monday -Friday 9am -5pm for UK and 11am-6pm for US. We will not be liable for packages delivered /dropped off during weekend when our warehouse is not opened.

*We do not time-based deliveries for non-partners, but all deliveries are done before the close of working hours. *There will be no refunds when payment is made for deliveries. *Items should not be bigger than the size of an Indomie carton. If the item size happens to be bigger than that of an Indomie carton, the customer will have to pay extra charge for delivery. *We do not deliver food items. *If insurance is not selected, we will, as our practice be careful with the items in transit but will only be liable in damages to a maximum of five thousand Naira (N5,000) only.
